½ Avocado, frozen
1 Medium banana, frozen
1 cup Spinach
2 tbsp Nut butter
1 cup Coconut milk
- Add avocado, banana, spinach, nut butter, and coconut milk to a blender and blend until smooth, about one minute. Note: if your avocado or banana aren’t frozen, add 1-2 handfuls of ice for a thick and creamy smoothie.
